What you will usually notice first

Stained or sagging grid tiles

Mineral fibre tiles stain from roof or aircon leaks and sag with humidity. Individual tiles are replaced to match; a run of stained tiles usually means a leak that needs finding first.

Cracked bulkheads and plasterboard

Can you work outside business hours?
Where a site cannot close during the day, early starts and after-hours work can be arranged and are quoted as part of the job. For offices we usually stage the work so staff can keep working in the zones we are not in.
Do you replace suspended ceiling tiles?
Yes, individual tiles, runs of tiles or the whole grid. We match the existing tile pattern and edge detail wherever it is still made, and tell you up front if it is not.
Do you work for strata companies and property managers?
Regularly. Common-area ceiling repairs, make-safes after leaks, and reports that can be forwarded to owners and insurers are a normal part of our commercial work.
Can you do a small fit-out ceiling?
Yes. New plasterboard ceilings, bulkheads and grid ceilings for small to medium fit-outs, coordinated with your shopfitter, electrician and aircon contractor.
