What helps us help you faster
- Which room, and roughly how big it is
- What you can see: a sag, a crack, a stain, a bulge, something on the floor
- How long it has been there and whether it has changed
- Roughly when the house was built, or whether the ceiling is plaster or plasterboard
- Whether any trades have been in the roof recently (aircon, insulation, solar, roof work)
- If water is involved, whether the leak has been fixed
