The bloke in the roof
Shannon has spent more than two decades fixing Perth ceilings, starting on sites in the early 2000s and moving into repair work because that is where the interesting problems are. A fifty-year-old plasterglass ceiling that has dropped forty millimetres in one corner, with a cornice that has to survive the repair and an owner who would rather not replace the lot, takes judgement.
That judgement comes from having been inside the roof space of just about every kind of house Perth has built: Federation homes in Mount Lawley and Subiaco with lath-and-plaster and ornate cornice, the 1960s to 1980s brick-and-tile that makes up most of the suburbs, the 1990s and 2000s double-brick estates with big plasterboard spans, apartments and shopfronts in the city. Each one fails in its own way and each one has a right repair.
Shannon looks at every job, writes every quote and leads the work on site. If someone else is on the job with him, it is because the job needs two sets of hands, not because he has handed it off.

You see what is being done and why. Where re-fixing and replacing are both realistic, you get both prices and our recommendation, and the decision is yours.
The finish is paint-ready
Set in multiple coats, sanded flat under a raking light, cornice matched, room cleaned down. Painting is a separate trade and we can suggest painters we regularly hand over to.
