What we collect

When you send a quote request through this site we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, suburb and a description of the ceiling problem, along with the page you sent it from. When you call 0485 084 943, the call is handled through a call-routing service and your number and the time of the call are recorded so we can call you back.

Why we collect it

To call you back, inspect the ceiling, prepare a quote and carry out the work. We do not use your details for marketing lists and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Who sees it

The quote request is delivered by email to the people who handle enquiries for Ceiling Fixers Perth. The form and call handling run on third-party infrastructure (a hosting provider and a telephony provider) that processes the data on our behalf. Your details are not shared with anyone else unless we need to coordinate a trade you have asked us to refer, and we will tell you if that is the case.
