Not sure which one you need?

Most calls start with "there's a crack" or "there's a stain" and end up somewhere else once we have been in the roof space. A crack along the cornice is usually a sagging ceiling, not a crack problem. A stain on a soft patch is a water damage job that may end in a section replacement. If the ceiling is on the floor, go straight to emergency repair.
